Currently, Odoo lacks a provision for managing employee transfer. This module gives a basic structure for employee transfer. We can seamlessly transfer the employees from one branch to another without any chaos.
Mulit Company
‘Multi Company’ option should be enabled to create a branch transfer. Select the employee to be transferred and select the transfer branch to make a transfer request. Click ‘Transfer’ to transfer the employee from the branch.
Receive Employee
After a transfer of the employee, the transferred branch should receive the employee. Click the ‘Receive’ button to receive the employee in the branch.
Contract Creation
A contract is to be created for the employee in the new branch.
EMPLOYEE CUSTODY MANAGEMENT

Custody Management System
CBMS HRMS Custody is a component of ‘CBMS HRMS’ which is a complete suite for HR Management. The main purpose of CBMS HRMS Custody is to allow the employees of an organization to request and take the company properties with them via submitting the purpose of the property. The module also allows renewing the deadline date of the custody. The Module also gives the facility to take the reports of the custody.
Create Property
First of all, listing out the company property is mandatory. We can also create new products. The employees can request for custody only when the requested products are available on this page.
Custody Request
To get a company property in employee's custody first, they have to send a request containing the details like Property, Reason, Requested date, Return date, and Internal note (Optional).
Request Approval/Rejection
The administrator can either approve or reject the request of the employee. The employee can take the property with him if the request has been approved, and he should return the property before the deadline exceeds.
Request Renewal
The employee can renew the request if he/she doesn't fulfill the requirement on the given date by sending a renewal request with the new date. If the higher authority approves the renewal request, the employee can keep the property. In other cases, they will have to return the property.
DISCIPLINARY TRACKING
Effortless disciplinary tracking
CBMS HRMS Disciplinary Tracking module will help in tracking the disciplinary issues and conducting disciplinary norms for the employees. Tracking employee discipline is a major responsibility of a manager in a company. The manager should track the disciplinary violations of employees and need to take necessary actions against the employees.
The Manager can assign disciplinary issues to the employees under the module. Employees can give explanations against the issues and submit them to the manager. Employees can also submit additional details which support their explanation. The Manager can take the final action against the employee according to his explanation. The Manager can create ‘Discipline Action Categories’ and ‘Discipline Reason Categories’.
Disciplinary Action
Select the employee and mention the disciplinary reason. The manager can also create new types of disciplinary reasons. Click ‘Proceed’ to assign it to the employee.
Explanation By An Employee
Give the explanation against the assigned disciplinary issue. Employees can submit additional information that supports their explanations. This can be submitted as attachments. The explanation should contain at least five words. Submit the explanation to the manager.
Assign Action
Select the ‘Action’ according to the explanation of the employee. If the explanation is satisfied, the manager can select the option ‘No Action’. In other cases, one can select the other options and have to fill up the ‘Action Information’. Action information contains a detailed explanation of the assigned action. A manager can also create new types of disciplinary actions.
View Disciplinary Action
Click the ‘Discipline’ button to view the assigned disciplinary actions.
EMPLOYEE GRATUITY SETTLEMENT
Full and Final Settlement Process
The CBMS HRMS Gratuity Settlement module handles employee settlements during the resignation process. Usually, the gratuity is paid at the time of retirement, but it can be paid before retirement based on certain conditions. An employee is eligible to receive gratuity only if he has completed a minimum of five years of service in the company. The gratuity can be paid before the completion of five years in certain cases, like the death of an employee or becoming disabled due to an accident or disease.
The Manager can create gratuity settlements of employees during their resignation. The settlement amount is calculated based on a predefined equation. A gratuity settlement can be created only when the resignation request of the employee is approved. The settlement reason should be mentioned to create settlements other than gratuity.
Gratuity Settlement Configuration
Create gratuity settlement configurations, which will be applied on creating the gratuity settlements. We can add certain rules in the configuration which helps in the calculation of gratuity amount.
Salary Details
The gratuity amount is calculated from the last drawn salary of the employee. The last drawn salary is taken from the recent payslip of the employee.
Calculation Of Gratuity Amount
The gratuity amount is calculated on the basis of a predefined formula. The formula is as follows: (15 * last drawn salary * period of working) divided by 26. The last drawn salary is the last month's salary(Basic salary + Dearness allowance). The Total Years Worked should be at least 1 year to create the gratuity settlement.
HR REMINDER
A freeware task planner
HR Reminder is a supporting app that comes under the CBMS HRMS suite. This app helps to memorize all the necessary and important dates in an HR domain. Through this module, we can set a reminder for any area of HR management such as recruitments, leaves, insurances etc.
Set A Reminder
To set a reminder we have to choose the model such as leaves, recruitment, etc. The date field in the model should be notified to set the reminder. Select the mode of searching as Today, Within a period, or a Fixed date. Set the ‘Reminder before’ (Number of days) field to get a notification before that number of days. Set the ‘Reminder Expiry’ field to set the reminder expiration date. Otherwise, it will expire once the end date or set date is over.
Search Options
The module offers three different modes of searching the dates- Today, Within a period, or a Fixed date. ’Today’ option compares to the current date. ’Set date’ option compares to the given date. In the ’Set Period’ option the reminder is set within the period/time frame(Start date - End date).
Pop-Up Button For Reminder
In the top bar menu, we have a button for the HR reminders. Click the button and select the reminder from the list of reminders. Then the pop-up of the reminder with detailed information is shown.

Case Registration
First of all, we have to register a case including the details like prosecution, accused employee, the court in which the case is going to take place, name of the judge, lawyer, date of the case, and an internal note field to write down any other important notes or details about the case.
Case Result Marking
We can mark the result of the case as either won or lost after the prosecution of the case, and the state of the case changes according to that result. If we mark it as won, the state changes from ‘running’ to ‘won’, and if we mark it as a loss, the state changes from ‘running’ to ‘loss’.
LOAN MANAGEMENT

The module enables the employees to request loans with details such as amount, the installment payment dates, the number of installments, attachments, etc. There is an option to Approve or Reject the request.
Create Request For Loan
The employees can create requests for loan by adding the Loan Amount, No. of Installment, and Payment Start Date and submit it for approval.

The installment payment details are listed with the details such as the date and the amount, on clicking the 'Compute Installment' button.
Approval
The managers have options to approve and refuse the request for loans. The request can be approved after adding the Treasury Account, Loan Account, and Journal.

CBMS HRMS Service Request is a pivotal component of ‘CBMS HRMS’ which is a complete suite for HR Management in an organization. In large-sized business organizations, it is very difficult to handle the services that are requested by the employees from various departments. ’CBMS HRMS Service Request’ turns the process of requesting and supplying requests simple and hassle-free. This module also provisions enabling the multilevel approval of the request.
In this module, the employee who needs service will request the HR Manager or Administrator with the complete details of the service that he is looking for. The HR Manager or Administrator who receives the request will assign an executor to perform the service. Following the action, the request is transferred to the executor's account number where he can perform the desired service requested by the particular employee. After completing the service, he sends it back to the employee, which shows that the service is checked. Now the employee can either approve or reject the checked service after testing.
Service Request Creation
When an employee requires a service he/she wants to request the service from a higher authority or any responsible person. Here the request which is submitted by the employee is transferred to the Administrator/HR Manager. The request should contain the description, date, and product, related to the service.
Assign The Service To Executor
The responsible person, the Administrator or HR Manager, assigns the requested service to an executor to perform the requested service.
Checking For The Service
The executor can perform the service and if the service is finished he can mark the request as ‘Checked’ by clicking the button ‘Checked’.
Approval/Rejection Of The Service
The employee, who requested the service, can either approve or reject the service which is performed by the executor. If the requested service is completely fulfilled it can be either approved or rejected.

Create Announcements
In case of any emergency meeting or such an important occasion it is very difficult to inform all employees of a company at a time, no matter if it is a large or middle-sized business organization. The use of concepts like announcements can eradicate or solve these problems easier. Using this module, it is possible to send across the message to everyone as an announcement and can attach any type of document along with the announcement. We can create either a general announcement or an announcement for a particular department, job position or employee. The announcement has an approval stage to ensure only the verified details are shared with the employees.

The code and title of the announcements will be displayed in the announcements section in HR Dashboard. The employees can view the announcement from the Announcements App.
